What We Do

MMTA is a different kind of speech-language pathology practice, recognized first and foremost for our high level of expertise in working with individuals with complex communication profiles, including both social communication and speech disorders.  We specialize in working with autistic individuals with a range of communication abilities, but also work with individuals with a variety of diagnoses and needs, including Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and Down Syndrome, and other individuals using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

We are known for comprehensive communication evaluations, for our individualized, data-driven clinic work with children, adolescents, and young adults, and for our unique training and school consultation to professionals in educational settings, both public and private.  The spectrum of services MMTA provides is unparalleled in our region.
