In order to maintain a regular time slot, we require that you or your child attend sessions on a regular basis.  We do understand that there will be an occasional illness or schedule conflict.  Here are our policies for cancellations:

 

Illness/Injury:  

You will not be charged in situations of illness or injury if you notify us that you will not make the session.  If you don’t notify us, you will be charged the regular therapy rate.  

 

Vacations or other absences:  

When you do miss for reasons other than illness or injury, we require at least 24 hours of notice in order for you to avoid being charged for the session.  

We will always do our best to offer makeup sessions with MMTA clinicians for any missed session.  If you miss more than 25% of your sessions in a calendar month without rescheduling, even if make-up sessions that are offered do not fit your schedule, you will be charged the regular therapy rate for those sessions.
