Valentina Giribaldi M.A., CF-SLP

Valentina joined MMTA as a clinical fellow in June 2023. She received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Temple University. As a student at Temple, she worked with children and adults in a variety of settings including, clinics, preschools, public schools, and specialized schools. Alongside fueling her love for learning, Valentina continued her work as a habilitative service support provider; where she implements in-home and community-based services that help individuals keep, learn, and improve skills and functioning for daily living. It was through this experience that Valentina’s passion for alternative and augmentative communication flourished.

At MMTA, Valentina provides individual therapy services to toddlers, children, and young teens. In addition to working with private clients, she provides direct therapy services at Capstone Academy in East Norristown. Valentina is currently working towards earning her Certificate of Clinical Competence. She attributes her passion for self-expression and communication, in whatever form that may take, to her love of and involvement in theater.
